Leader of Dayah
Actually,
for every dayah must be led by a kiyai, Abun, Abu, Abuya or tengku who are
adept at discussing the yellow book, be it his sharaf science and his nahwu
science. However, in the first years, the leader of Islamic boarding school was

dedication In supporting the progress of pesantren. This is evidenced by his

there was a change of leadership for dayah, namely Abu Shukran represented by
ustadz Zulsyahman son-in-law of Abu Daud, who has the ability in the yellow
book. He controlled the progress of dayah, by making syllabus syllabus taking
referrals from the salafiah dayah that was there.
There
is little inequality that each of the leaders, both madrasah leaders and
leaders of dayah counter-contra-sepsi, this is because the two mutually
maintain their respective jobs, the leader of the dayah stressed that students
can master the panah about dayah lessons and vice versa, so as not Little
problem in learning system arising in DA. And the target object is
santri-santri who are there.
For
madrasah tsanawiah level with permanent teacher status only three people, the
other is honorarium teacher, for madrasah 'aliyah level with permanent teacher

The dayah school system at Darul Aitami
The
main topic in this paper is how the system or way of learning "book"
and emphasis on language in dayah integrated darul aitami. Each pesantren that
is integrated, has two branches of general subjects and subjects of dayah. In
this discussion, I want to explain how the approach used by ustadz-ustadz in
teaching the dayah lessons, especially in understanding the book to the santri
in the DA.
